“Tracy made the home buying process feel natural. She did not rush into anything and actually wanted to wait before acting on anything. Her number one rule remained constant throughout the entire search process; value. She highly recommends touring at least 10 houses to ensure you exactly know what you're looking for. It took me at least 15 months including 40 homes and 5+ offers to finally settle in a newer home nestled in Maryland Heights. I'm glad I stuck around through until the end. I definitely got the best value and got my offer accepted 25k under asking too. Did not think I could score half these amenities given the area and location. I could not be happier!”

She came highly recommended to me and after my quite unusual sales experience I can more than understand why. When I first meet Danielle she was everything I wanted in a realtor! She was friendly, personable, honest, and direct about what was best and most important for the sale of my home. She even maintained her amazing attitude about selling my house after being warned about the “black cloud” following me around. Little did I know that with each setback she would become my rock in this process. From things breaking the day before we went on the market to a closing disaster that words can’t describe; Danielle maintained her composure and supported me far more than was in her job description. When I needed a fighter in my corner because I was beyond defeated she was there. Having a situation come up that neither her or the title broker had ever dealt with wasn’t easy but she hung in there with me every single step of the way and had encouraging words when I thought all hope was lost.
